🌲 Celebrating Community in Black Forest, Colorado Springs
We believe in supporting the extraordinary, tight-knit community feel that makes Black Forest, CO, one of the most unique and sought-after places to live. Our commitment goes beyond real estate transactions; it extends to creating lasting memories right here in the 80908 zip code.
On June 15th, 2019, we hosted a community-wide party that invited all of Black Forest and the surrounding areas to join the fun.
Event Highlights & Local Spirit:
- Free Community Fun: We offered a full afternoon of free enjoyment, including an enormous bounce house castle, an obstacle course, and a complimentary lunch featuring local pizza, chips, and soft drinks.
- Supporting Local Businesses: To show our appreciation for those who attended, we held a drawing featuring a grand prize $200 Amazon gift card and eight gift cards of $25 each to support favorite Black Forest and Colorado Springs local restaurants.
- The Black Forest Experience: Though the event was cut short by an afternoon of classic Colorado weather—crazy lightning and a torrential downpour—we managed to squeeze in three fantastic hours of neighborly fun, highlighting the resilient and joyous spirit of the Black Forest community.
We look forward to continuing our tradition of bringing neighbors together in the Pikes Peak region!
